At Playful Pages, we believe learning should be an adventure! We offer a range of exciting, well-planned sessions designed to build confidence, creativity, and essential skills for children from 1 month to 8 years old.

All our clubs are led weekly by our qualified and experienced teacher, Laura Dickinson, ensuring every session is linked to a captivating book or theme of the week and is aligned with key areas of learning (EYFS/National Curriculum). Get ready for fun and adventure as we bring stories to life!

Our classes

Tots and Toddlers (1 Month – 2 Years)

A wonderful introduction to early learning! This session focuses on sensory exploration, wellbeing, and early physical development. We develop speaking and listening skills through:

• Mark making in different ways

Preschool Sessions (2 Years – 5 Years)

Our drama and storytelling club is designed to let your child’s imagination soar! Each week, a new story will truly come alive through engaging activities that build confidence and creativity. This session includes:

• Actions and Movement
• Songs
• Early Phonics
• Developing language skills

Play Makers (5 Years – 8 Years)

Perfect for older children ready to dive deeper into creative expression! Play Makers is a dynamic session based on a new story each week, using drama techniques and songs to help children explore characters, narratives, and performance skills.

SEN Adapted Sessions

We also offer specialised sessions carefully adapted for children’s needs, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment where every child can flourish and access the joy of storytelling and play.

Playful pages 1-1 and small group tutoring

Tutoring options for groups or individual children are also available on request. These can be in person in the Stoke on Trent area or using an online platform. Contact us for more information or a personalised quote.
